At Planet MUTU we consistently strive to ensure stability and scalability with our platform. All new features are developed and tested using an agile framework and end user experience as a priority. We periodically survey new features with end users, testing our developments before we launch, and use marker.io for them to provide feedback using screenshots and screen recordings.

Our systems undergo monthly updates; software, Connect, video playback, and ability to update account and subscription information. These updates are tested and issues are fixed within 24 hour (or immediately if it directly affects the end users ability to use the platform). 

Finally, we monitor our servers daily and our development teams are alerted immediately if there are any issues with down-time.
